If you believe you have termites, you may make an appointment to have a termite specialist meet with you, inspect your location, and develop a custom plan for treatment of your home or business. Treatment includes a one year warranty that is renewable each year. With the initial or renewed warranty, should termites return, Pestworks will come back and retreat the area free of charge.  The cost of treatment varies and is based on many factors including the size, location, and type of foundation of your home.
